Arrival & Departure

Your appartment will be at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 am.

All apartments are equipped with bed linen & towels.

The kitchens of our apartments are well equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, glasses, tea towels.

The apartments partially have a balcony. (Applies to all categories)

All Apartments are equipped with an tiled stove/Fireplace.

Due to fire safety restrictions the fireplace can only be used after attending a 15 minute training (Surcharge applies). The Training is held daily in winter, registration is necessary.

Bed and/or apartments preferences (Ober-/Unter-Kirchleitn) can only be specified when booking directly and assigned on “request according to availability”. The availability of the preferred apartments can therefore not be guaranteed.

Please note that there is no reception on site and therefore an online check-in must always be carried out.

On the day of arrival you will receive an e-mail with the link for your cell phone key card. Please keep this e-mail in a safe place and share it with your companions.

Your cell phone will use this link to unlock your apartment and general areas such as the sauna and ski room.

Eating & Drinking

All prices are without meals, but you are welcome to compose your own delicious breakfast in our shop.

Of course, please inform our colleagues on site.

You will find a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes in all our restaurants. Our inspiring vegan dishes will impress even the biggest meat lover!

Miscellaneous & Cancellation

There is a professional guarding place in Unterkirchleitn where you can make your bike shine again.

No, each part of the village has a communal ski shed where skis/snowboards and boots can be stored.

No, every part of the village has a communal bike cellar where the bikes can be parked.

There is a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer at your disposal. If you want to purchase coins, please contact us.

Yes, both villages have their own sauna.

We have fibre optic lines throughout the facility.

Yes, in summer the Kärnten Card is included for you!
Please note that the Bad Kleinkirchheim “Sonnenscheinkarte” is not included.

You can park directly at our resorts free of charge.

No, smoking is prohibited in the aparments. In case of disregard, a cleaning fee of € 200,- will be charged.

Yes, we love dogs! We also want your dog to have a great holiday with us. Surcharge per day € 15,00 (excluding food).

STANDARD PRICE & OFFERS

  • Cancellation of your stay is free of charge up to 4 days before arrival.
  • From 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • In the event of a no-show, unused rooms or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Our cancellation conditions refer to the rental or overnight stay price.
    Additional costs (e.g. final cleaning) will not be charged in the event of cancellation.

  • It is not possible to cancel your stay free of charge.
  • From the time of booking, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.

    Additional costs (e.g. final cleaning) will not be charged in the event of cancellation.

! In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

*In the accommodation contract there is no legal right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs 1 Z10 FAGG.

Your credit card is required as a guarantee for your booking. Please note that we reserve the right to check the validity of your credit card at the time of booking.
If you do not have a credit card, we offer you the option of paying by SEPA direct debit. In this case, payment must be made no later than 21 days before arrival.

Terms of payment:

Book now & pay later.
The travel sum must be paid by credit card up to 4 days before arrival, for other payment methods the sum must be paid no later than 21 days before arrival.

PREPAY & SAVE

Guarantee conditions:

If you do not have a credit card, we offer you the option of paying by SEPA direct debit. In this case, payment must be made no later than 2 days after completion of the booking.

Terms of payment:

A deposit of 100% must be paid on completion of the booking to secure the booking.

Resort guests are required to pay a fully refundable security deposit of €150.00 prior to arrival.

The deposit will be fully refunded after departure, provided that no damage has been caused by the guest to the apartment or public areas.

****The deposit is not required if you have chosen a valid credit card as a means of payment for your booking and have carried out “Strong Customer Authentication” (SCA), also known as two-factor authentication (2FA).
