Cancellation policy:
– It is not possible to cancel your stay free of charge.
– From the time of booking, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
– In the event of a no-show, unused rooms or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
– Our cancellation conditions refer to the rental or overnight stay price.
– Additional costs (e.g. final cleaning) will not be charged in the event of cancellation.
Guarantee conditions:
Your credit card is required as a guarantee for your booking. Please note that we reserve the right to check the validity of your credit card at the time of booking.
If you do not have a credit card, we offer you the option of paying by SEPA direct debit. In this case, payment must be made no later than 21 days before arrival.
Terms of payment:
A deposit of 100% must be paid on completion of the booking to secure the booking.
Resort guests are required to pay a fully refundable security deposit of €150.00 prior to arrival.
The deposit will be fully refunded after departure, provided that no damage has been caused by the guest to the apartment or public areas.
